Service

DataShield provides automated data broker scanning and opt-out request submission. We scan publicly available data broker sites for your personal information and submit removal requests on your behalf.

What We Guarantee

We guarantee a 70% removal rate on tracked data broker sites within 30 days of subscription. If we do not meet this threshold, you are entitled to a full refund of your most recent month's payment.

What We Do Not Guarantee

• 100% removal. Some brokers require phone verification, mailed forms, or government ID. These are handled by our Concierge plan but may take longer.
• Permanent removal. Data brokers re-add information from other sources. Our weekly monitoring catches and re-submits removals automatically.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time with no penalty.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your data is deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

DataShield is provided as a tool to assist with data removal requests. We do not guarantee removal from every site and are not liable for damages resulting from continued data exposure.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
