Billing problems and refunds required by law

Email [email protected] with your account email and the payment date or Stripe receipt reference. Do not send card numbers, identity images, date of birth or address history.

We will correct unauthorized charges and provide any refund that applicable law requires. This policy does not limit any mandatory refund, cancellation or other consumer right, and it does not limit remedies for our breach or failure to provide the purchased service.

Cancellation

Cancel future renewal through the billing portal available from your account, or by emailing us. No telephone call is required. The portal shows the effective cancellation date. A cancellation received before the next renewal charge stops that renewal.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and service continues through the end of the paid term while your authorization remains valid.

Revocation

Revoking your authorization stops new requests. If you revoke all authority needed to provide the service, we also stop future renewal charges. Revocation alone does not create a discretionary refund of the current term; statutory rights remain unaffected.

Mid-term cancellation

We do not provide prorated credits for mid-term cancellation, nonuse, or dissatisfaction with a broker’s response, and we offer no trial refund, satisfaction guarantee or removal guarantee.

We do not guarantee that a broker holds your information, accepts a request, responds within a particular time, or removes a record. See the Terms of Service for the full description of the service and its limits.

Price and renewal

Managed Removal costs US $9.99 per month or US $99.89 per year, depending on the monthly or annual billing option you select, plus applicable taxes shown before payment. Your subscription renews automatically for successive terms until you cancel. The purchase screen shows the selected billing period, charge and renewal terms before you authorize payment.
